helping customers set up profiles, marketing using social media i.e. Twitter and Facebook, responding to customers emails and voice mails, manipulating data for the American release of MapSherpa using QGIS, MapServer and php and bash scripts, contacting the proper co-worker when something wasn’t working correctly, maintaining data and databases, answering and transfering phone calls, editing cartographic elements of deliverables, writing marketing materials, data attribution, outreach programs such as GIS Day at Carleton University, finding potential clients through social media and search engines
